Course Introduction:

PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments, Version 2) is a structured method for effective Project Management. Developed by the UK Government, the PRINCE2® method is internationally accepted as the leading "best practice" Project Management approach and is widely used in the private and public sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

Exam Information

PRINCE2 Foundation Exam:

  • 60 minute exam duration
  • 60 questions
  • Closed book
  • 33/60 required to pass = 55% pass mark

PRINCE2 Practitoner Exam:

  • Objective testing
  • 68 questions per paper
  • 38 marks or more required to pass (out of 68 available): approximately 55%
  • Two-and-a-half hours (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
  • Open book. Candidates are permitted to use the official printed hard copy of the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® 2017 Edition.

Throughout the course, interwoven within the delivery of the theory and the practical examples of good practice, there is ongoing support and preparation for both the Foundation and Practitioner examinations. We provide sample papers and worked exercises using a scenario/case study to help create situations which develop the delegates understanding and recall of the material.
