Course Description:
Delivering projects using an Agile approach requires different ways of thinking and different ways of working for the Project Manager and all those involved. This course covers the AgilePM handbook version 2.
This is the five-day approach to gaining the Foundation & Practitioner qualification (four days training and one day for the Practitioner exam). It is an intense course that will require delegates to prepare thoroughly and be prepared for evening work throughout the course. The course includes the Foundation & Practitioner examinations.
Exam Information:
AgilePM Foundation exam:
- Multiple choice
- Closed book
- Online proctored exam
- 50 questions with 50% pass mark (25/50) - 50%
- 40 minutes duration
AgilePM Practitioner exam:
- Multiple choice
- Objective examination
- 4 questions (20 marks per questions)
- Open book (only official Agile APM manual allowed )
- Online proctored exam
- 80 questions with 50% pass mark (40/80)
- 2 hours 30 minutes
Throughout the course, interwoven within the delivery of the theory and the practical examples of good practice, there is ongoing support and preparation for both the Foundation and Practitioner examinations. We provide sample papers and worked exercises using a scenario/case study to help create situations which develop a delegate's understanding and recall of the material.
