This course is based on The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook. The course focuses on the effects of change in four key areas: individual, organisation, communication & stakeholder engagement and change practice. 

Important Note: This version of the Change Management Scheme will no longer be available after the end of  August 2024, with the last date to take an exam for this scheme being 20 September 2024.

This course is ideal for staff involved in Change Management especially those performing key roles in the design, development and delivery of organizational change programmes, for example: Change Project Managers, Transformation Managers, Senior Responsible Owners, Business Change Managers, Change Programme Managers, Operational Line Managers, team members being affected by or affecting Change, and individuals who will need to support their colleagues, team and organisation through change, and/or manage themselves through change.

  • Objective testing based on a case study scenario
  • 150 minutes duration
  • Four questions (20 marks each)
  • 40/80 marks required to pass = 50% pass mark
  • Open book  (The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook only)

In-house, workplace, virtual and eLearning options all use online exams. Online exams are arranged through Aspire Europe; the exam can be sat at home or in the office. You will be monitored by the online invigilator (ProctorU) via a webcam.
