Aspire Assess services are all about helping you improve. There is no point in measuring performance if you don’t intend to do anything to improve, although having an independent view of where you are is often helpful in setting the agenda for change.
Our expertise in this area was acknowledged by the UK Office of Government Commerce (OGC), who appointed one of our leading consultants as the lead author for globally acknowledged maturity model P3M3® standard (Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model).
The assessments enable you to target your investments at the tactical areas which will improve performance quickly and the strategic areas that will provide a longer term dividend. To that extent the assessments are normally self funding, we have identified up to 40% savings, for example, in the way training was being commissioned.
