Course Introduction:

Maturity Assessments are now well established in many industries as the way to baseline and improve performance.  The purpose of this workshop is to enable the planning and undertake a maturity assessment of their organisation’s Project, Programme and/or Portfolio capability. It uses the Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3®) as the basis for the assessment.  The course can lead to a nationally recognised award following a post-course exercise.
This course provides a general overview of this critical activity and the responsibilities that go with it.
The Aspire Europe model ensures that both organisations and individuals gain from the training. We deliver knowledge during the course, the ILM assessment then requires this to be put into practice in the work place, saving on classroom time and making the outcomes specific to the organisation, giving 20 hours learning time.

Course Benefits:

  • Undertake diagnostics using P3M3®
  • Reviewing information and identifying trends
  • Deploying the right tools to fit the analysis
  • Action plan to undertake a diagnosis
