This course is ideal for staff involved in Programme Management roles that have passed the Practitioner examination and wish to progress to the next level. The standard for this qualification is higher than that of the previous version of the exams and manual. Individuals who have the pre-2007 version of the manual and qualification will find this course challenging and it will test them at a higher level

Course Introduction:
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) is the de facto standard developed by the UK government for delivering change programmes in the UK. This course covers the latest version released in August 2011.
This is designed for individuals who have undertaken the five-day Practitioner course and passed the examinations, and now wish to move on to the higher examination level available.
The two-day course is intense but fun, and is intended to be interactive whilst challenging. Delivery is not through PowerPoint presentation but group learning and problem solving.
