APM seeks new chief executive

We have recently received the following news from APM:
Association for Project Management have released the candidate profile for their next chief executive as Andrew Bragg prepares to step down in December after 10 years in a role he describes as ‘a professional privilege’.
As the largest professional body of its kind in Europe, with over 21,000 individual and 550 corporate members; APM offers a range of qualifications, events, publications and online services.
As a respected authority for project management across the national and international business community and within Government, APM has established itself as a leading professional body in its field.
It is currently in the process of applying for a Royal Charter, creating a significant opportunity to raise the profile and value of the profession universally.
Recruiting through leading executive search firm Odgers Berndtson, APM are looking for a candidate to provide leadership to the association and to represent and promote the profession to a wide variety of external stakeholders including individuals, corporates, governments and key opinion-formers.
The candidate is likely to have a successful track record of leadership gained at a senior level in the private, not-for-profit or public sector, or in a professional membership organisation as well as proven experience of diverse stakeholder management across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Visit the Odgers Berndtson website for full details.
