Feedback from MSP 5 day Practitioner exam course

Wednesday, January 30th, 2008

A couple of candidates on a recent 5 day course for the MSP Foundation and Practitioner exams have emailed in some feedback:

Thank you for a great week – I hope our results do justice to your excellent training”

“Thank you for also bringing the course alive with your ‘real life’ examples.

I don’t know if I mentioned it on the feedback form; but I was impressed that you had read our respective booking forms and noticed that I had a hearing impediment and took the time to contact me to ascertain any special requirements. Sadly I have to admit I cannot remember the last time anyone did that.”

It’s nice to be appreciated

We had a really nice bit of feedback from a delegate who had failed one of their MSP exams with one of our competitors - she wrote

O enjoyed your style of teaching and believe I got through because you took the time to look at where I was going wrong. I certainly wouldn’t have approached the exam in the same way without your input and advice.

Congratulations from all of us - every delegate is a person and we always remember that
