Managing Successful Programme 07 was release in September 2007. It has been acclaimed as a major step change in the quality of advice and breadth of perspective of Programme Management.

Aspire Europe Ltd are very proud of our contribution to the publication in our role of Lead Author for it’s production.

One of the most interesting observation on the new version came from Andy Murray, Lead Author for PRINCE2 2009, he said “It’s answered most of the questions from the last version, and asked many new questions”. That pretty much captured the mission of the authoring team, to reflect best practice is it had developed at that time, and set out the agenda for improvement for organisations going forward, and identifying the gaps that still needed to be plugged as experience grows.
