The Aspire Europe Learning Path are our learning journeys that we encourage our clients to follow. We offer courses that take you from the basic concepts through to the highest levels of Best Practice qualifications in a stepped approach that builds competence and confidence at a steady rate. |

We believe that too much is read into certain qualifications, it is taken by some organisations that if someone passes the PRINCE2® practitioner examination, for example, that they can effectively run a project. It does not take onboard that there are a host of personal skills, attributes and competencies that individuals will need to have before they reach the capability that some qualifications infer. These competencies are developed from applying the concepts, with support where appropriate, hence we offer mentoring and coaching services. Our Programme Management Learning Path is based on Managing Successful Programmes and uses the APM Group qualifications as the backbone. We offer a broader offering that recognises the specialist roles within the programme, and that many members of the programme organisation will not be from a project background. We take our clients through to the highest level, Registered Consultant, which only ACO’s are able to offer. |

Our Project Management Learning Path builds in both the APM Group PRINCE2® qualifications along with the more competency based qualifications that are offered by the Association of Project Managers or the Project Management Institute body of knowledge, which is more globally recognised. Each Route can give access to the APM Group Registered Consultant accreditation |

Our Change Management Learning Path has the APM Group Principles of Change qualification as it’s back bone. It builds in specific courses that help those involved in delivering transformational change through programme management. We draw on the MSP Benefits Management and role of the Business Change Manager to build an excellent Path. The 4 examination modules build on change theory for the different aspects of organisational change |

Our Risk Management Learning Path builds on the OGC Management or Risk, in addition we offer a variety of 1 day events that address the different types of risk that Corporate’s face in this day and age, we build on our knowledge and experience of the BSI and ISO standards to build an interesting and information Learning Path, qualifications are based on the OGC Management of Risk framework |
