Maturity assessments
These are mainly focused on the Programme, Portfolio and Project Management environments. We are one of only two or three handful of organisations accredited to use the Office of Government P3M3 maturity model, which assesses how effective and embedded the key processes are within an organisation.
The assessment provides an excellent opportunity for organisations to assess their current effectiveness, and build plans to improve their performance and effectiveness against industry benchmarks. |

This enables organisations to focus their training and skills investment appropriates, note everyone requires PRINCE2® and MSP qualifications. |

Health checks |
|

These reviews are designed to help organisations to refine or improve a specific area of activity, improve an individual or group of processes. These reviews invariably identify areas for improvement or opportunities to innovate or update the traditional way of doing things, |
|
One of our clients recently said, “if we keep doing things the same way, we will always be the same” which pretty much summed up the value of a Health Check. |
