Assess is the name we give to the services we offer to organisations that enable them to measure their internal effectiveness and efficiency. These assessments tend to be customised for each organisation, but our knowledge of the market place enables us to give an indication of how they are performing against other organisations.

Maturity assessments
These are mainly focused on the Programme, Portfolio and Project Management environments. We are one of only two or three handful of organisations accredited to use the Office of Government P3M3 maturity model, which assesses how effective and embedded the key processes are within an organisation.

The assessment provides an excellent opportunity for organisations to assess their current effectiveness, and build plans to improve their performance and effectiveness against industry benchmarks.

These are critical for any organisations going through change. We have developed a unique assessment tool that reviews how capable an organisation is of achieving change, based on their track record to date, an article covering the key points can be found in our Articles and Downloads section.

 
     
 

It complements the P3M3 maturity assessment model, but focuses on the organisations ability to cope with the pending change.

We can also offer a skills assessment of your organisation, we have a model that recommends the level of competence that will be required to leverage the use of project and programme management from a business perspective. This enables organisations to focus their training and skills investment appropriates, note everyone requires PRINCE2® and MSP qualifications.

 
 

 

 
  Health checks  
 

These reviews are designed to help organisations to refine or improve a specific area of activity, improve an individual or group of processes. These reviews invariably identify areas for improvement or opportunities to innovate or update the traditional way of doing things,

Governance reviews
These are more formal scrutiny of an organisational function, and tests the performance against the criteria set at the outset. This is effective when there is more than one organisation involved in delivering services, or a partnership.
