The Quality Management System ensures the clients have key controls in place to ensure that the quality of the delivery will meet specified standards, all ACO's must have internal processes to ensure that all assignments have:
- Adequate internal responsibilities allocated
- Assignment negotiations are conducted in a controlled and systematic manner
- There is documented agreement on what outcomes are sought
- There is assignment control that ensures deviation from expectations by the client and the consulting organisation are dealt with early
- There is clear responsibility for dispute escalation
- There are development plans in place for all staff
- A quality assurance process prior to submitting consultants for Registered Consultancy status
Accredited Consultancy Organisations have access to a number of tools and techniques that unaccredited organisations do not, the main example being the P3M3 maturity assessment tool. |
