All delegates are different; we try to take each individual through the learning experience. We provide pre and post course support where appropriate, we try to ensure that everyone maximises their potential, it's no coincidence that we are still in touch and providing informal advice to delegates years after the course.
We have developed a set of Learning Paths which guide you through the learning lifecycle and offer you a variety of qualification and vocational training.

Aspire Academy training events
- They will be delivered by experience professionals in their discipline, we don't use jobbing trainers,
- All our team have valuable practical experience to share with you.
- Our courses are delivered with energy and passion, you wont find an Aspire Academy trainer sat down at the front of the group in a grey suit babbling on whilst the group descends in a sleep mode.
- We believe that the role of the trainer is to educate, enlighten, motivate and inspire the group, if you aren't having fun you aren't going to enjoy the course.
- We use venues and locations that we enjoy too, not the most economically expedience. We look for comfort and convenience
