Aspire is a service based organisation, however in order to deliver good services we have adopted a consistent approach.
Customer requirements are often similar, we have therefore been able to deliver a product based approach to certain aspects of our services that provide a menu of options which can be used to build a solution that offers a way forward.
The Align Toolkit has been developed in response to recurring problems we encounter when working with clients that have only a partial, or fragmented, system underpinning their programme and project management. The Align Toolkit fills the gaps and saves expensive development costs.
Our Consultancy Packages enable us to quickly mobilise to support your needs, whether it is to initiate a project or programme, undertake a rescue of an ailing project or programme or to undertake a maturity or gateway review, we can offer a structured package that will help you to take action quickly.
Our Modularised Courses have been developed in response to recurring requests for customised training. We identified the common themes and built them into courses that could be marketed independently, saving you expensive development costs.
Our Blended Learning materials recognise that the world is changing, less time is available for structured face-to-face training and there is a need to learn and build knowledge and skills continually. We actively develop and offer different products to support your learning, including articles, podcasts, online presentation and structured e-learning.
