Modularised Courses
Aspire Academy has built up a portfolio of over 40 off-the-shelf training events that address the full spectrum of programme and project management knowledge and skills.
Our formal OGC training courses in MSP®, PRINCE2®, P3O®, M_o_R®, ITIL® and PPS have all been accredited by The APM Group. We can offer foundation, practitioner or advanced practitioner courses in 3 or 5 day modules, or can split the courses to meet your specific needs.
Many of our modular 1 day courses are accredited by C4CM™ and are part of a 20 hour vocational learning module. This means that the learning is not all classroom based; you prepare, have a trainer led event, and follow this up by applying the learning to a workplace scenario.
Our investment in modularising our courses enables you to be selective in targeting your training at the skills that you need to improve. There is a close interface with the P3M3® maturity model and can offer courses that will support your progress up the maturity ladder.
