Align Toolkit
The Align Toolkit has been jointly developed by Outperform Ltd and Aspire. The product set includes a project management methodology based on PRINCE2® and a programme management methodology based on MSP®. The PRINCE2® was developed by the lead author and member of the team that wrote the OGC manual, the MSP® version was written by the OGC Lead Author.
The Align Toolkit has been developed to support organisations who need to quickly establish a framework within which to deliver their programme capability. It was originally conceived to help organisations who have undertaken a maturity assessment and want to get a framework into place quickly or who waste money on expensive contract staff to develop a bunch of templates.
The Align Toolkit immediately provides you with a Maturity Level 3 infrastructure that can underpin training and delivery. It significantly enhances the existing PRINCE2® and MSP® products by providing much more detailed advice and guidance.
The in-house version can be installed and run from your intranet. The intention is that you customise and enhance it for your organisations needs and provide specific guidance on how programmes should be run. As part of the initial package you will have extensive generic advice, so you will be off and running on day one.
The online collaboration version is the one that we host over the internet for your organisation and can be accessed from anywhere through password security. It will be your own version and you will have access to your own administration utility. It will have the same functionality as the in-house version, but with the added value of accessibility from anywhere.
The individual subscription version provides access to the generic version which offers guidance, useful tools and templates. This version isn’t customisable but it does provide you with a wealth of information available online without carrying a manual around with you.
