Accredited Consultancy
Aspire is one of the few APM Group Accredited Consultancy Organisations, which means that we have developed a Quality Management System to cover our assignments that meets the needs of the APM Group and also the Institute of Management Consultants.
Organisations that have this accreditation have invested heavily in preparation, undergo extensive review and pay annual subscriptions and renewal fees to maintain this status. Accredited Consultancy Organisations have access to a number of tools and techniques that unaccredited organisations do not, the main example being the P3M3® maturity assessment tool.

Our Quality Management System certifies that clients have key controls in place to ensure that the quality of the delivery will meet specified standards. All ACO's must have internal processes to ensure that all assignments have:
- Adequate internal responsibilities and controls are in place
- Assignment negotiations are conducted in a controlled and systematic manner
- Documented agreement on what outcomes are sought
- Assignment control that ensures deviation from expectations by the client and the consulting organisation are dealt with early
- Clear responsibility for dispute escalation
- Development plans in place for all staff
- A quality assurance process prior to submitting consultants for Registered Consultancy status
